InkRock separates what we intend to make, how we make it, what artifacts are public, what outcomes are measured, and what has been independently validated. This makes every recommendation auditable.

The proof ladder.
- Declared scope
A precise statement of capability, deliverables, boundaries, and what is not being claimed.
- Reproducible process
A production method and release gates another reviewer can follow and challenge.
- Artifact evidence
A dated public work sample with version, contributor roles, provenance, and known limitations.
- Outcome evidence
A measured result with test method, sample, conditions, baseline, and interpretation.
- Independent validation
A traceable review, certification, award, publication, or endorsement from an identified external source.
